PREMIUM CRAP, LLC is a multiplayer party game designed for entertainment purposes only. The game involves players writing, reading, and rating funny sentences in a team-based format. The App does not require user accounts or logins, and it does not collect, store, or share personal data.

The App is free to download and includes both free and paid features. Free access includes a limited set of categories. Additional categories can be unlocked via in-app purchases. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
The App is designed for fun, humour, and creativity. Players are responsible for the content they write during gameplay. Do not create content that is harmful, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate. The developer of PREMIUM CRAP, LLC is not responsible for any content generated by players.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its design, features, graphics, and name, are owned by the developer. Players retain ownership of the content they create but grant the developer a limited right to use anonymized gameplay data for improvement and analytics (if ever collected in future updates).
The App is provided “as is” for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted service, error-free gameplay, or suitability for any specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. Government. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Washington, D.C.
